First of all, I passed. I have my license. Score!
Second, it is incredibly boring sitting at a desk all day. Thankfully I've been getting paid, but that still doesn't solve the issue of what to do while at the desk. So I started sketching out my next tattoo. Its posted in my gallery. I'll get it after I graduate, if I have the money. For now I'll just hang the finished product (whenever it is finished) on the wall in my bathroom and pray I still like it two years from now.
Part of me is tempted to get a third. Oh goodness. And I only really wanted one. I need to stop designing these things. At least ones that I end up liking.
After some last minute decisions I ended up staying in Columbia for the summer instead of going home to Cali. Most of this is due to the fact it was easier to be a slave to housing and work desks than it was to try to find a job in LA. Lately I've been concentrating on the National Registry exam for my EMT license... which I should be studying for now and I'm taking the last half of tomorrow.
I did get a gig doing engagement photos. Score.
Once the stress of getting my license is gone and replaced by some other stress I'll concoct for myself (cause that's how I roll), I'll post some... and get around to taking more photos.
Also... the D
So what my *cough*chemistry*cough* advisor explained to me was a digital photography class is, in fact, a photoshop class. As in "let's make art on photoshop" class. But hey... I love it. It's the most laid back class I've ever taken. The professor is amazing and instructs a dark room photography class as well which I will take if I have the time.
I'm also getting my EMT license -- yippee.
Ironically I have more time this semester than I did last semester... or maybe I'm just goofing off more. Second one - definitely.
My grandfather also leant me his Nikon... it's getting put to good use.
